The new Foo Fighters album will arrive with one of the less thoughtful collaborations: ex NSYNC Justin Timberlake .

Dave Grohl commented long ago in an interview for Rolling Stone that the album would count on the collaboration of “the biggest pop star on the planet.”

According to Grohl himself for Rolling Stone magazine, the union was unexpected, because after spending several days with Justin, it was Timberlake who offered to add some voices to the record: Timberlake heard what the Foo were doing and he liked, and was immediately with Grohl.

“We had whiskey in the parking lot,” says the former Nirvana guitarist. “He’s very nice. Then the night before his last day he said, ” Can I sing on your album? I do not want to pressure them, but … I just want to be able to tell my friends. He brought some ‘la la’ to a song. He hit the target! I tell you, that boy will be someone important.”

This is one of the luxury collaborations that will have the album, we know that the biggest name among that repertoire is that of Paul McCartney, who played drums on one of the songs, although the idea at first seemed completely crazy to the bass of The Beatles.

Now that the mystery was unveiled, he said that they met when the band and singer agreed on their recording sessions in a Los Angeles studio:
